Colton Ediger, an e-commerce and technology coordinator in the Rhatigan Student Center Shocker Store, was named Midwest Association of Student Employment Administrators Student Employee of the Year in Technology & Innovation.

Earlier this year, Colton was awarded the division’s first Student Affairs (SA) Student Employee of the Year at the Student Employee Awards and Recognition event aiming to highlight the incredible work and talent student employees bring to offices around campus.

It encourages the campus to celebrate 2023 National Student Employment Week happening this week, April 9-15.

The President’s Distinguished Service Awards will recognize faculty and staff for exemplary, dedicated and caring service to the Wichita State community.

The Shocker Pride Celebration will be held at 9:30 a.m. on May 5 in the Frank A. Boettger Auditorium of Woolsey Hall. The reception to meet and greet the honorees is at 9 a.m. in the Koch Atrium.
