Lot 9W and Lot 9E, the parking lots along 17th Street near Ahlberg Hall and Elliott Hall, will be closed Friday, June 26 for orientation.

ADA stalls are not subject to lot closures and proper use is permitted during this time. Green lots are open for the summer, all other lots are still enforced.

Lot 41, the parking lot near Woolsey Hall, will be closed on the morning of Tuesday, June 23 for an event in the building. It is scheduled to reopen in the early afternoon. Faculty and staff who typically park in this lot will need to park in other yellow lots. The YMCA lot is not available for faculty, staff or event guest parking and could result in a citation.

The purpose of lot reservations is to help accommodate large groups of guests visiting campus for events or the event itself. Lot reservations are not to be used for WSU affiliates. Remember, visitors to campus can park without an ePermit up to three times each semester.

The Office of Financial Services (accounts receivable/student accounts, accounts payable, payroll, purchasing, travel) will have limited services available due to year-end processing, Wednesday, June 24.

The Shocker Store (Rhatigan Student Center location) will be closed for year end inventory Wednesday, June 24 through Sunday, June 28 and will reopen at 8 a.m. Monday, June 29. The Braeburn Square Shocker Store will remain open to serve you. Web order processing may be delayed during this time.

Human Resources will be closed for walk-in traffic Friday, June 12 and Monday, June 15 to help facilitate and process changes related to the annual budget load. Email and phone call responses may also be delayed during this time. Human Resources will reopen Tuesday, June 16 for regular business hours. The IDP HR office will be open during this time.
