Isely Lane will be closed part of Wednesday, Feb. 11 to move equipment from McKinley Hall. The closure is expected to take four to five hours.

For the Wednesday, Feb. 11 Shocker men’s basketball game, a number of lots in the vicinity of Charles Koch Arena will be reserved for Shocker Athletic Scholarship Organization parking beginning at 3:30 p.m. During this time, signage will be in place alerting drivers of the impending lot assignment changes.

Anyone previously parked in these lots will need to move their cars by 3:30 p.m. Any unauthorized parking in a game day lot carries a $50 citation fine.

During this time, signage will be in place alerting drivers of the impending lot assignment changes.

Anyone previously parked in these lots will need to move their cars by noon. Any unauthorized parking on a game day lot carries a $50 citation fine.

The Kiah Duggins Shocker Support Locker has updated its hours to better serve students’ needs. Its new hours are 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday through Friday.

The locker provides access to essential items and resources that support student well-being and academic success. The new hours are designed to increase accessibility and make it easier for students to stop by between classes and work commitments. Students are encouraged to visit during the posted open times to receive free support items and learn more about available services.

Lot 41, the parking lot near Woolsey Hall, will be closing at 5 p.m. Friday, Jan. 16 for an event. Faculty and staff that typically park in this lot will need to park in other yellow lots in the area of the building. The YMCA lot is not available for faculty, staff or event guest parking and could result in a citation.

The purpose of lot reservations is to help accommodate large groups of guests visiting campus for events or the event itself. Lot reservations are not to be used for WSU affiliates. Remember, visitors to campus can park without an ePermit up to three times each semester.

Red reserved and ADA stalls are not subject to lot closures and proper use is permitted during this time.

The majority of the parking at Lot 41, the lot near Woolsey Hall, will be closed Thursday, Jan. 8 for an event and is scheduled to reopen in the early afternoon. Faculty and staff that typically park in this lot will need to park in other yellow lots during this time. The departments within the Rhatigan Student Center will be closing at 2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 19 for staff development. The building will remain open. For building and department hours over winter break, visit wichita.edu/rschours.

The Offices of Information Technology Services (ITS) will be closed from noon to 5 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 17 for a staff event. Normal business hours will resume Thursday, Dec. 18.

The Kiah Duggins Shocker Support Locker will be closed along with the university for winter break. The last day of service will be Friday, Dec. 19 and will reopen at 10 a.m. Jan. 12, 2026.
