The Academic Year (AY) 2023-24 academic and tenure and promotion calendars are now available to view from Academic Affairs.

In an effort to minimize risks to privacy, security and student costs associated with virtual proctoring, Wichita State will no longer use Respondus LockDown Browser and Monitor for courses, whether in-person, hybrid or online after July 31. WSU has approved Examity as the only choice for virtual proctoring.

Examity allows for automated (recorded only and irregularities flagged by AI) and live proctoring options. WSU will support up to two automated exams for those courses needing virtual proctoring.
