Student Engagement, Advocacy & Leadership is seeking energetic faculty/staff members to apply to be a staff leader for its 2024 Shocker Leadership Experience (SLE).
SLE is a five-day, four-night overnight retreat experience at Rock Springs 4-H Camp in Junction City, Kansas, held Jan. 8-12. SLE engages students in personal and professional leadership development opportunities facilitated in both small and large groups, as well as interactive activities. Staff leaders will oversee a group of students and facilitate small group discussions and activities several times a day with the same group.
Transportation, food, lodging and T-shirt are all included at no additional charge. Spots are limited, and the application will close Nov. 27. Approval from your supervisor is required.
