There will be a planned maintenance period for the university’s Zoom account 8 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 5. Zoom will still be able to be used during the maintenance period, but any users actively hosting a meeting during that time may be disconnected from their meeting.

The maintenance period is only expected to last 15-20 minutes, but could potentially extend to 9 a.m. After the maintenance period, all licensed accounts will be reverted to a free basic account, except those who have previously supplied departmental funding for their Zoom license.

For any issues with an account or hosting meetings after the maintenance, submit a support request.
