The freight elevator at Wallace Hall will be undergoing upgrades and will be out of service for approximately 14 weeks beginning Jan. 31. For your convenience, please perform any heavy or large moves by Jan. 28.

The passenger elevators will continue to operate and will not be affected. We apologize for any inconvenience.

The elevator in McKinley Hall is currently out of service and under repair. This project is expected to be ongoing through the spring and summer 2022 semesters.

If you are a student with a disability and in need of receiving possible accommodations due to the outage of the McKinley Hall elevator, please start the intake process.  If you are a staff or faculty member with a disability and in need of receiving possible accommodations due to the outage of the McKinley Hall elevator, please contact your supervisor and/or the HR Total Rewards Team at totalrewards@wichita.edu.

Contractors will be on-site Oct. 4-7 to paint the crosswalks throughout campus. This may cause some minor traffic disruptions. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Parking lots 3N (lot on the east corner of Cessna Stadium by 21st Street) and 2E (lot between Cessna Stadium and Koch Arena) will temporarily close Saturday, Sept. 11.

During this time, crews will apply a final coat of paint on the stall lines. All vehicles will need to exit the lot until the work is complete.

In an effort to correct a recently discovered water infiltration issue, the west entrance at Morrison Hall will close for construction Sept. 6-13. Please use alternate entrances during this time.

The south entrance to Wiedemann Hall will be closed for construction starting Wednesday, Aug. 18 through Sept. 3.
