For the Wednesday, Dec. 4 Shocker men’s basketball game, a number of lots in the vicinity of Charles Koch Arena will be reserved for Shocker Athletic Scholarship Organization parking beginning at 3:30 p.m. During this time, signage will be in place alerting drivers of the impending lot assignment changes.

Anyone previously parked in these lots will need to move their cars by 3:30 p.m. Any unauthorized parking in a game day lot carries a $50 citation fine.

For the Monday, Nov. 18 Shocker men’s basketball game, a number of lots in the vicinity of Charles Koch Arena will be reserved for Shocker Athletic Scholarship Organization parking beginning at 3:30 p.m. During this time, signage will be in place alerting drivers of the impending lot assignment changes.

Due to office staff attending a conference, Parking Services will have limited hours Nov. 18-21.

  • Monday, Nov. 18: Parking Services lobby open 1-5 p.m. only for assistance and in-person NuPark payments. Banner/transferred payments will need to be made at Financial Operations in 201 Jardine Hall.
  • Tuesday, Nov. 19: Parking Services lobby open 1-5 p.m. only for assistance and in-person NuPark payments. Banner/transferred payments will need to be made at Financial Operations in 201 Jardine Hall.
  • Wednesday, Nov. 20: Parking Services lobby closed all day, no in-person NuPark payments will be accepted. Banner/transferred payments will need to be made at Financial Operations in 201 Jardine Hall.
  • Thursday, Nov. 21: Parking Services lobby closed all day, no in-person NuPark payments will be accepted. Banner/transferred payments will need to be made at Financial Operations in 201 Jardine Hall.
  • Friday, Nov. 22: Normal operations resume from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., NuPark and Banner/transferred payments accepted as usual.

For the Saturday, Nov. 9 Shocker men’s basketball game, a number of lots in the vicinity of Charles Koch Arena will be reserved for Shocker Athletic Scholarship Organization parking beginning at 3 p.m. During this time, signage will be in place alerting drivers of the impending lot assignment changes.

Anyone previously parked in these lots will need to move their cars by 3 p.m. Any unauthorized parking in a game day lot carries a $50 citation fine.

Lot 41, the parking lot near Woolsey Hall, will be closed Thursday, Nov. 7 for an event in the building. Faculty and staff that typically park in this lot will need to park in other yellow lots in the area of the building. The YMCA lot is not available for faculty, staff or event guest parking and could result in a citation.

The purpose of lot reservations is to help accommodate large groups of guests visiting campus for events or the event itself. Lot reservations are not to be used for WSU affiliates. Remember, visitors to campus can park without an ePermit up to three times each semester.

Red reserved and ADA stalls are not subject to lot closures and proper use is permitted during this time.

Lot 2W, the parking lot near Charles Koch Arena, will be closed Thursday, Nov. 7 for an event at Koch Arena. The lot needs to be completely clear for this closure. Students, faculty and staff who typically park in this lot will need to park elsewhere at this time.

Due to the nature of this event ADA stalls in this lot will not be available during this time.

The Parking Services Building will be closed Monday, Nov. 4. For immediate assistance, visit the front desk of the University Police Department or dial 316-978-5526.

Food for Fines donations will be accepted on Nov. 4 at the University Police Department. All normal operations, including Food for Fines donations, will resume at Parking Services at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 5.

Lot 2W, the parking lot west of Charles Koch Arena, will be closed Monday, Nov. 4 for USD 259 Education Day at Koch Arena. Due to school bus traffic in the area, the lot will need to be completely clear for this closure. Students, faculty and staff who typically park in this lot will need to park elsewhere at this time.
