Brkfst&Co has added new breakfast favorites to its menu. These items include the following:

• Pancakes
• Hash browns
• Biscuits with sausage gravy

If you’re looking to make your breakfast or brunch more sustainable, Brkfst&Co is now also offering eco to-go containers. The green, reusable containers can be purchased for a one-time fee of $5. Customers can then bring back their used container and switch it out for a clean one on your next visit. The green containers can also be purchased at Shocker Dining and used as a to-go option there. too.

Shocker Rowing is restarting its recreational rowing program every Wednesday beginning Sept. 7 through Nov. 17. During this time any student with a valid ID can sign up and take part in recreational rowing time.

The signup fee for recreational rowing is $10 for a session. Sign up and recreation will take place at the Shocker Rowing Boathouse (150 N. McLean Blvd B2, Wichita, KS, 67203.)

This Friday, Sept. 2, is College Colors Day! To celebrate and show your Shocker pride, you can grab the yellow and black color wall tees for just $8.99 at the Shocker Store. The sale is that day only and valid at both the Rhatigan Student Center and Braeburn Square locations.

Visit the Shocker Sports Grill and Lanes in September to try their Pizza of the Month, the Summer Grilled Vegetable Pizza. It’s topped with light tomato sauce, grilled portabello mushrooms, zucchini, yellow squash, spring onions, red peppers and a five-cheese blend.

The Nitros of Kansas Swim Team is now offering group and private swim lessons for children and adults at the Heskett Center pool. To register for the lessons, please visit the Nitros of Kansas Swim Team website. Lessons will begin Sept. 6.

Did you know we have a convenience store on campus? Market at Groundhouse, located east of Shocker Dining, has quick grab ‘n go snack options, paper towels, pain relievers, bottled beverages, frozen food entrees and a full coffee bar and smoothie menu. Groundhouse is open at the following hours:

• 7 a.m.-midnight, Monday-Friday
• 7-10 a.m. and 8 p.m.-midnight Saturday and Sunday

Students, faculty, staff and campus innovation partners can get a massage at student pricing until Aug. 31.

It’s as simple as tapping to pay.
