Student Tickets Available Now (for WSU Men's Basketball vs Rogers State on Oct. 29 at 1:00pm)

Student tickets for the Shocker men’s basketball game versus Rogers State at 1 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 29 are available for pickup now.

Wichita State students can get a ticket at no additional charge thanks to the Student Government Association at one of eight ticket pickup locations by showing their Shocker ID.

Ticket pickup locations include the Charles Koch Arena Ticket Office, Shocker Hall, Shocker Suites, Heskett Center, both Shocker Store locations, and WSU’s West and South campuses.

Fairmount College faculty and staff are invited to join Dr. Andrew Hippisley, dean, Fairmount College, for the College at the Game during Shocker volleyball’s match against Tulsa at 7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 20.

Fairmount College will be featured and promoted during the match, and the dean invites Fairmount College faculty and staff to sit with him in section 121 (general admission seating). Visit the dean’s office to pick up one ticket at no additional charge, and get a yellow Fairmount College Clash of the Colleges T-shirt and a Become More temporary tattoo.

Join Shocker volleyball when it takes on the University of Tulsa Oct. 20-21 in Charles Koch Arena and attend special events both days.

Shocker volleyball continues its annual Dig Pink match to raise awareness and funds for breast cancer research. This year, the Dig Pink match will be against Tulsa at 7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 20. A portion of ticket sales will be donated to the Side-Out Foundation, and the first 500 fans will receive a pink rally towel.

All kids who participated in the summer Shocker volleyball camps receive admission to the 6 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 21 match against Tulsa at no additional charge when they wear their camp T-shirt, and they will get to take part in the post-game serves. The first 250 students also receive a ‘Shockblock’ T-shirt at no additional charge.

All WSU students can attend Shocker Athletics events at no additional charge with their Shocker ID, thanks to the Student Government Association.

Shocker basketball mini plans are available now. Choose a plan to fit any schedule and save money on tickets. For more information, call the Shocker Ticket Office at 316-978-3267.

Men’s basketball:

  • Pick three for $120 – Choose between the Memphis and FAU game then select any two games from the remainder of the schedule
  • Pick four for $140 – Choose between the Memphis and FAU game then select any three games from the remainder of the schedule
  • All-American Weekend Pass – For only $199, receive a ticket to every home, weekend conference game

Women’s basketball:

  • Pick three for $15 – Choose any three games on the schedule for $15

The American Athletic Conference has announced the 2023-24 conference schedules for men’s and women’s basketball providing a full picture of each teams’ schedule for the year.

Wichita State faculty and staff are eligible for discounted season tickets to men’s and/or women’s games. Monthly payment plans are available when purchasing men’s basketball tickets to reduce financial impact. You may also set up a payment plan via paycheck deduction to make payment even easier!

New this year, all basketball season ticket holders will receive a collector’s replica of Charles Koch Arena as a token of appreciation from Shocker Athletics.

Shocker Volleyball vs Charlotte Match Day; Sept. 23 at 7pm in Charles Koch Arena

Shocker volleyball hosts its first American Athletic Conference opponent of the 2023 season when they face Charlotte at 7 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 23 in Charles Koch Arena.

Students receive admission to the match at no additional charge by presenting their Shocker ID at the Shocker Ticket Office.

Tipoff Luncheon Friday, October 13 11:45am-1pm Aetna Multy-Purpose Center

Shocker basketball’s annual Tipoff Luncheon is at 11:45 a.m. Friday, Oct. 13 inside the Aetna Multipurpose Center at Charles Koch Arena.

Get excited for the basketball season while enjoying an early Thanksgiving-style meal. After lunch is served, Athletic Director Kevin Saal will address the crowd and head coaches Paul Mills and Terry Nooner will introduce their teams and preview the upcoming season.

Faculty and staff can purchase tickets at a discounted rate of $30 now through Oct. 9.

Next WSU will take on the University of Kansas on 9/24. On 10/1 WSU will travel to Stillwater, Oklahoma to play Oklahoma State University. On 10/7 the Shockers will play Emporia State at noon. On 10/8 the Shockers finish up the fall season taking on the North Dakota State Jack Rabbits.
