Join the Student Government Association (SGA) Student Senate for their first meeting of the 65th session today at 7:30 p.m. April 27 at the Rhatigan Student Center 233. There will also be a livestream available on the SGA YouTube.

The Wichita State’s SGA is the governing entity for the student experience at the university. SGA is charged with promoting and stimulating student participation in the university’s activities and providing an official channel of communication between the students, faculty, staff, and administration.

The Wichita State University Student Government Association serves as the sole governing body over all students of Wichita State University. Embracing its motto, “Students Come First,” the Student Government Association serves as the voice of students to the university and college administration, manages the allocation of over $10.5 million dollars, and represents all students at all levels of government: local, state and federal.
