Wichita State has a number of programs that help students travel the country or the world while simultaneously working toward their degree. Students should explore academic travel opportunities such as Study Abroad early so they can prepare financially and academically.

In this come-and-go workshop, you will go over several different situations and hurdles that you will have to go through to complete the Game of Life from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 1 in 142 Rhatigan Student Center, Harvest Room.

Join Path to Purpose, an interactive session designed to help undecided students explore potential majors and next steps, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday, March 25 in 142 Rhatigan Student Center, Harvest Room.

Participants can explore three engaging stations focused on community, professional and academic areas, gaining insight into how their interests, values and strengths connect to different academic paths. This program is a great opportunity to ask questions, reflect on your goals and learn about resources that can support your decision-making process.

Whether you are feeling unsure about your major or just want to explore your options, this session will provide helpful guidance and a supportive space to start figuring out what comes next.

Student success tips

As enrollment approaches, students should check in on their degree progress by meeting with their academic advisors. By enrolling in a combination of fall, spring and summer classes, students can remain on track with their degree programs and potentially shorten the time it takes to earn a degree. You can find your academic advisor in your myWSU.
