PathwayU is your assessment tool to explore different majors and careers, whether you are currently undecided or looking to change. Go to wichita.pathwayu.com, sign up using your WSU email (first initial, middle initial, last name and maybe a number, @shockers.wichita.edu) and click “Start Assessment.”

What Can I Do With This Major? hosts information on more than 100 different majors and fields, including potential careers, advice on how to get the most out of your major, professional organizations related to your major and more.

Interested in studying abroad? The first step would be to attend one of the upcoming information sessions. The next study abroad information session of the spring semester will be at 2 p.m. Friday, Feb. 13 in 264 Rhatigan Student Center, Spencer Room.

Learn about the undergraduate research and creative activity hub goals, values and who makes up the Undergraduate Research and Creative Activity (UReCA) Hub at informational session from 1 to 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 11 in the Ablah Library Collaboration Hub. Participants will also discuss how to reach out to faculty, what research programs are at WSU and key information to know when getting involved in research.

Shocker Share-A-Meal

The Shocker Share-A-Meal program sends alerts when leftover, free food is available on campus after catered events. When there are extra portions, anyone who is signed up will receive a notification so they can take advantage of the leftovers.

This initiative helps reduce food waste while keeping the community informed about available leftovers. Signing up is quick, secure and open to all currently enrolled students.

Students who are caregivers, here is an opportunity to get to know your peers and find resources. PACC (Parents and Caregivers Community) is a space just for you. A place where student caregivers can connect, share and support each other through the highs, lows and in-betweens of balancing school and family life.
