The majority of the parking at Lot 21N, near the Marcus Welcome Center, will be closed Thursday, March 13 for an event and will reopen mid afternoon. Faculty, staff and students that typically park in this lot will need to park elsewhere during this time.

The purpose of lot reservations is to help accommodate large groups of guests visiting campus for events or the event itself. Lot reservations are not to be used for WSU affiliates. Remember, visitors to campus can park without an ePermit up to three times each semester.

A portion of Lot 19E, the parking lot near Eck Stadium, will be closed from Thursday, March 13 to Sunday, March 16 for an event. Faculty, staff and students that typically park in this lot will need to park in other lots per their ePermit type. The YMCA lot is not available for faculty, staff or event guest parking and could result in a citation.

Green student lots are open and free for parking in the summer.

Parking in Lot 7, south of the Rhatigan Student Center, will be impacted by construction activities for the RSC re-roof project beginning Friday, March 7. The south entrance to the RSC will remain open during construction.

Eleven parking spaces will be used for construction staging as shown in the attached drawing. Work is scheduled to be complete this summer.

Concrete work will be done at the south entrance of Jabara Hall over spring break in order to minimize disruptions to students and staff.

The areas that will be worked on are the sidewalks leading up to the south doors of the building. The work is scheduled to be completed by the end of spring break (weather permitting).

While red reserved and ADA stalls are typically not subject to lot closures, all ADA stalls on the north end of lot will be closed due to the nature of the work.

Anyone previously parked in these lots will need to move their cars by 5 p.m. Friday, March 7.
