Calling all marketers! We are searching for candidates to join our marketing and communications team at the Wichita State University Foundation.

As a unit, the marketing team is responsible for maintaining the foundation’s brand image and engaging donors through both traditional and digital communications to support our outreach efforts.

We are starting the search now to fill multiple positions by the end of the summer. Open positions include:

• Creative director
• Graphic designer
• Marketing coordinator
• Marketing and communications assistant

We are considering applicants with backgrounds in graphic design, videography, social media management, and/or marketing program management. While each role will have different qualifications and expectations, applicants with the following qualifications are encouraged to apply:

• Commitment to the WSU Foundation core values: integrity, service, teamwork and relationships
• A bachelor’s degree and at least two years of experience in graphic design, marketing, communications, digital media or related field
• Excellent communication and strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of Wichita State University and commitment to higher education

Lifeguards are needed at the Heskett Center pool. Starting pay is $8 per hour. Positions are open for the summer and fall.

KMUW, NPR for Wichita, is seeking a passionate and dedicated news reporter for its on-air broadcasts and digital platform.

In this role, the reporter will produce news stories involving local political and civic topics, general assignment spots and features ranging from human interest to investigative. This is a perfect opportunity for a journalist looking to break into public radio reporting and hosting. Want to be an ambassador and storyteller for all things Wichita State University? WSU’s Strategic Communications office is looking for a full-time manager of videography to develop and deliver visual stories through video.
