The College of Applied Studies (CAS) invites applications for a full-time academic program specialist and placement coordinator. The position is responsible for two key roles: administrator for the CAS’s market-based tuition professional learning program and clinical placement coordinator for the college.

The new Office of Faculty Advancement, Retention and Excellence (FARE) is looking for a program manager position. In this role, the successful candidate will assist faculty in continuing to grow, develop and excel as experts in their research and in the classroom.

The program manager of FARE will be at the heart of the university’s efforts to expand its funded research and creative endeavors while enhancing the educational experience. It is looking for an energetic and eager person who is driven who can connect faculty to resources across the university related to proposal development, funding opportunities and teaching methods to integrate into their classroom, or other aspects for new faculty to ensure their success as professors.

Minimum requirements include a bachelor’s degree and at least two years of experience in an academic setting. The FARE office is located in 112 Jardine Hall. The College of Applied Studies invites applications for a full-time associate dean for faculty and staff affairs.

This is a 12-month, 1.0 FTE appointment that includes responsibilities to assist the dean in implementing the college’s strategic priorities, including leadership of the college’s faculty annual review and promotion and tenure processes, faculty and staff mentoring and professional development programs, and curriculum proposal processes and catalog reviews.
