Graduating students, if you are a member of any of the groups listed below and would like to order the group’s corresponding graduation stole, pre-orders must be completed by March 11 at the online Shocker Store. The stoles are only available by pre-order and will not be carried in-store. The groups include the following:

• Shocker Bowling
• Japanese Culture Association
• University Innovation Fellows
• Medical Laboratory Sciences
• Bachelor of Science in nursing or  Student Organization of Social Work( SOSW)

Wichita State University’s Fall 2021 Commencement for all colleges will be held on Sunday, December 12 at Charles Koch Arena. The ceremony will begin at 2:30 p.m. Graduates should check in at the Koch Arena Ticket Office beginning at 1 pm.

The RSVP deadline is11:59 p.m. Nov. 14. You must complete the RSVP form to participate in the commencement ceremony.

Are you graduating in December? Now through Nov. 24 students can bundle their regalia items and save at the Shocker Store.

The Shocker store offers regalia bundles for bachelor’s, master’s, specialist and doctorate degrees. Visit the Rhatigan Student Center location or select the graduation tab at shockerstore.com for specific pricing and details.

If you are a doctoral candidate and want to purchase custom academic regalia, the deadline is Oct. 15. Payments are due when the order is placed.

Students planning to participate in Wichita State’s December 2021 Commencement ceremony need to file an Application for Degree (AFD) no later than Oct. 1.

The AFD is located in students’ myWSU portal > myClasses > Graduation Links.
