RSC Shocker Store closing for inventory June 26-30

The Shocker Store, Rhatigan Student Center location, will be closed for year end inventory from Wednesday, June 26 to Sunday, June 30. The location will reopen at 8 a.m. Monday, July 1.

The Braeburn Square Shocker Store will remain open to serve patrons. Web order processing may be delayed during this time.

Ablah Library will temporarily close June 14 for construction

The Ablah Library will be closed starting Friday, June 14 for construction and is expected to reopen Saturday, June 15.

Registrar’s office to temporarily close for staff training

The Office of the Registrar will be closed from 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday, June 11 and all day Thursday, July 25 for staff training activities. Students can receive assistance in OneStop Student Services at 112 Jardine Hall.

Parking Services lobby will be temporarily closed June 14

The interior lobby at Parking Services will be temporarily closed for repair work Friday, June 14. For assistance, call 316-978-5526 or visit the drive-through on the north side of the building.

Financial Operations will be closed May 3, reopens May 6

The Office of Financial Operations and Business Technology, located in 201 Jardine Hall, will be closed Friday, May 3 for staff professional development.

The office will reopen at normal business hours Monday, May 6.

Graduate School to close early May 2

The Graduate School will close at 4 p.m. Thursday, May 2 for a staff meeting. The office will reopen at 8 a.m. Friday, May 3.

Financial Operations will close early April 26

Financial Operations will be closed starting at 1:30 p.m. Friday, April 26 and will reopen during normal business hours Monday, April 29.

Rhatigan Student Center will be closed March 31

The Rhatigan Student Center will be closed Sunday, March 31. Regular hours of operation can be found on the RSC webpage.

Graduate School will have adjusted office hours Dec. 14

The Graduate School office will be closed for team building from 11:45 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday Dec. 14. A locked drop box is located outside the office door in 107 Jardine Hall for those who may need to drop off paperwork.
