The Registrar’s Office will be closed for a staff event Thursday, July 25. For immediate assistance, please visit OneStop in the Shocker Success Center, formally Clinton Hall.

Office of Student Accommodations and Testing (OSAT) is moving to the Shocker Success Center. Its office will be closed, and testing will be suspended, Monday and Tuesday, July 15 and 16.

You can contact OSAT via email at osat@wichita.edu. The office will open Wednesday, July 17 in the Shocker Success Center, room 118, on the first floor.

OneStop Student Services is moving to Shocker Success Center. As such, its in-person operations will not be available Monday and Tuesday, July 15 and 16. Phones will still be operating, schedules will still be built and OneStop always have its 24/7 live staff ready to take your calls, emails or chats.

The WSU Foundation and Alumni Engagement offices will be closed Thursday, July 4 and Friday, July 5. The office will resume regular hours on Monday, July 8.

Wichita State’s Office of Human Resources will operate remotely on Friday, July 5. The physical office on campus will not be open. However, should you need to reach HR, call 316-978-3065 or email HR.ServiceCenter@wichita.edu. It will resume normal business hours starting Monday, July 8.

The Office of Strategic Communications in Morrison Hall will be closed for staff development Friday, June 28. The office will reopen at 8 a.m. Monday, July 1.

The Shocker Store, Rhatigan Student Center location, will be closed for year end inventory from Wednesday, June 26 to Sunday, June 30. The location will reopen at 8 a.m. Monday, July 1.

The Braeburn Square Shocker Store will remain open to serve patrons. Web order processing may be delayed during this time.

The Ablah Library will be closed starting Friday, June 14 for construction and is expected to reopen Saturday, June 15.

The Office of the Registrar will be closed from 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday, June 11 and all day Thursday, July 25 for staff training activities. Students can receive assistance in OneStop Student Services at 112 Jardine Hall.

The interior lobby at Parking Services will be temporarily closed for repair work Friday, June 14. For assistance, call 316-978-5526 or visit the drive-through on the north side of the building.
