The Office of Financial Aid & Scholarships will be closed Friday, Dec. 8 for staff development. For urgent questions, call 316-978-3430. Regular business hours will resume starting Monday, Dec. 11.

The Shocker Career Accelerator will be closed from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 6 for a staff retreat.

The Human Resources Office will be closed from 2 to 3 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 5. The office will reopen after 3 p.m.

The Human Resources Office will be closed from 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday, Dec. 4. The office will reopen at 8 a.m. the following day, Tuesday, Dec. 5.

Starting at noon Wednesday Dec. 6, Financial Operations & Business Technology and the Office of Research – Post Award will be closed starting at noon. The offices will reopen Thursday, Dec. 7 at its normal time.

The Rhatigan Student Center and its departments will have altered hours over Thanksgiving break. Hours will be shortened Wednesday, Nov. 22, and the building and all departments will be closed Thursday and Friday, Nov. 23-24.

The building and some dining options will then open Saturday, Nov. 25 for the Shocker men’s basketball pre-game.

The Shocker Support Locker will also be closed Nov. 22-24 and will resume normal hours Monday, Nov. 27.

They WSU Foundation and Alumni Engagement office will be closed from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, Nov. 17, while the staff attends a Thanksgiving celebration.

Office hours will resume after that time.

WSU West on Maize Road will be closed for a staff event from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 16.
