OneStop Student Services will be open 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Aug. 1-Sept. 1 at 112 Jardine Hall. During this time, a staff and student worker will be available to answer questions about enrollment, financial aid, student accounts, records and registration.

Students who are unable to come by during business hours can contact the office 24 hours a day, seven days a week via phone or live chat at 855-978-1787.

A retirement ceremony for Lori Evans will take place 2-4 p.m. today, July 28. at 142 Rhatigan Student Center. Evans is retiring after more than 30 years of working for Wichita State OneStop student services as a First-Year advisor.

OneStop Student Services in-person operations will close temporarily Dec. 18 through Jan. 2. The OneStop Student Services call center will still take phone calls and chats all hours of the day during this time at 855-978-1787.

OneStop agents can answer most student questions and will create a ticket for questions that can’t be answered immediately. Agents will respond  to all tickets between Jan. 3-7 to all tickets.

OneStop Student Services will host an open house for faculty and staff noon-1:30 p.m. Wednesday, October 6 at Jardine Hall (room 112).

The open house will offer guests an opportunity to connect with OneStop specialists and first-year advisors to learn more about the all-hours services they provide students. It will also allow participants a chance to reconnect with the OneStop staff in person. Snacks will be provided.

The Office of Admissions will be closed from 3 to 5 p.m. Tuesday, July 20 for staff development. Please call 316-978-3085 if you need assistance.
