OneStop is excited to announce an enhancement to its services to better serve the Wichita State community. OneStop Student Services and Help Desk online services are now available in both English and Spanish. Whether you prefer to reach out via phone calls, chat services or through the Student Self-Help Portal, OneStop has you covered.

Click “Haga clic aquí para el español” while on the OneStop or Blackboard support webpages. For phone calls, press “2” to get a Spanish-speaking staff member (1-855-978-1787, option 2).

Need to talk to an academic advisor but aren’t sure where to find them? Go to the Academic Advising homepage and click on “Find your Academic Advisor” to find all academic advisors on campus. From here, students can schedule an appointment or call or email the advisor. Whether students work with a first-year advisor in OneStop Student Services or an advisor from their academic college, they will be listed on the page.

Academic advisors are here to help students with their schedule, registration, Degree Works audit, application for a diploma and connect them with university resources. Academic Advisors are a great place to start to ask questions.

Curious when and how to see an academic advisor? Wondering if you can walk into financial aid or need to schedule an appointment? Several offices on campus adjust their hours to meet student expectations.

OneStop Student Services will be open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. through the month of August. OneStop will have staff in 112 Jardine Hall ready to answer student questions regarding registration, financial aid, student accounts and admissions.

Students can call or chat with live OneStop staff 24 hours a day, seven days a week at 855-978-1787 or visit the self-help portal.

OneStop Student Services will be open Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Jan. 3-27. Students are welcome to drop in to 112 Jardine Hall for help with financial aid, student accounts or student record. If students are unable to come to our office, please call 855-978-1787 for 24-hour a day service.

OneStop Student Services’ in-person operations will be closed 8-11 a.m. Monday, Sept. 19. While 112 Jardine Hall will be closed during this time, students, faculty and staff can still access OneStop services by calling 866-978-1781 or by visiting WSU’s OneStop website.

OneStop Student Services is asking faculty to let students know it is extending its hours August and will be open 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Thursday during the month of August at 112 Jardine Hall. During this time the in-person staff can help students with questions about admissions, first-year advising, financial aid, registration and their student account.

Students who can’t make it during business hours can visit the OneStop website if they are unable to visit the office in-person. Agents are also available to work with students 24 hours a day, seven days a week by calling 855-978-1787.

A retirement ceremony for Lori Evans will take place 2-4 p.m. today, July 28. at 142 Rhatigan Student Center. Evans is retiring after more than 30 years of working for Wichita State OneStop student services as a First-Year advisor.

OneStop Student Services in-person operations will close temporarily Dec. 18 through Jan. 2. The OneStop Student Services call center will still take phone calls and chats all hours of the day during this time at 855-978-1787.

OneStop agents can answer most student questions and will create a ticket for questions that can’t be answered immediately. Agents will respond  to all tickets between Jan. 3-7 to all tickets.
