Summer meal plans are here. Students, faculty and staff on campus over the summer have a mix of meal plans to choose from, including some with or without dining dollars.

Shocker Dining Hall and most of the Rhatigan Student Center dining locations will be open over the summer. Meal plans can be purchased on the Dining Services website. Select the spring semester to view summer plans.

Visit the Shocker Sports Grill & Lanes over the summer at 1 p.m. Fridays for poker.

Join a no-limit, no-entry fee, Texas Hold ‘Em tournament with a $10 prize going to each weekly winner, and a $50 prize to the summer champion. For more information, call the Shocker Sports Grill & lanes at 316-978-3479.

Shocker softball clinched the AAC regular season championship, and the Shocker Store has the T-shirt to celebrate, available to pre-order.

For the 13th time, the Shocker men’s bowling team brought home a national championship, and Paige Wagner of the women’s bowling team won the singles national championship. The women’s Shocker bowling team also took home third place in the championship.

The finals took place on April 22, with the singles championships airing on April 25 and May 2. The women’s team championship finals will air 11 p.m. Tuesday, May 9 and the men’s team championship finals will air 7 p.m. Tuesday, May 16.

The Shocker bowling teams now have 23 national championships under their belts.

To celebrate the men’s Shocker bowling team winning the national championship, the Shocker Store will offer the official shirt to commemorate the achievement. Pre-orders are available through Monday, May 15.

Visit the Shocker Sports Grill & Lanes for the month of May to try the pizza of the month. This month’s pizza is the Artisan Flatbread, topped with garlic parmesan alfredo sauce, grilled chicken, crimini mushrooms, heirloom tomatoes, pesto and a five cheese blend.

Students can sell their gently used textbooks to the Rhatigan Student Center Shocker Store during Textbook Buyback.

Textbook Buyback will be during normal operating hours, from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday, May 8, and from 9 p.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday, May 13.

Through Saturday, May 13, clearance items at the Rhatigan Student Center Shocker Store are 10% off. Redline items are included in the sale.

Visit the Shocker Store either at the Rhatigan Student Center or Braeburn Square from May 1 to May 10 to enter to win a WSU mom gift basket. Winners will be drawn Thursday, May 11. No purchase necessary.

Graduating Shockers can now order their commencement T-shirts. Graduates’ names will be listed on the back with all the other spring 2023 grads.

The shirts are only available by ordering online. Shirts will be available for pickup at commencement.
