Fall 2026 Study Abroad Application and Scholarship Application Deadline February 15th

Students have many options for study abroad programs through WSU exchange partner universities and program providers. Feb. 15, 2026 is the deadline for fall 2026 programs. Students can start the process by attending a study abroad information session or watching our video. Learn how to apply for programs and about scholarships on the Study Abroad website.

Study Abroad Information Session; Join us for our final information session this semester!  on Friday, October 24th at 2 p.m. RSC 203 Lancelot Room

Interested in studying abroad? The first step, would be to attend one of the Study Abroad information sessions. The last study abroad information session of the fall semester will be at 2 p.m. Friday, Oct. 24 in 203 Rhatigan Student Center, Lancelot Room. European Travel Seminar Information Session Summer 2026; Tuesday, October 21st at 2 p.m. Elliott Hall room 234

Interested in visiting Europe? There will be a short European travel seminar available for next summer that is open to all students of any major at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 21 in 234 Elliott Hall. The study abroad program will allow students to travel in a group to Europe with WSU faculty and learn about cultures of three countries while visiting many different sites.

Study Abroad Fair on Tuesday, October 7th from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. RSC 1st floor

The annual Study Abroad Fair will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 7 on the first floor of the Rhatigan Student Center. Come to learn more about study abroad programs, scholarships and more.

There will be over 20 tables set up with information that have students on hand to share about their experiences. For those who attend, they can be entered to win prizes, including study abroad scholarships. For questions, contact studyabroad@wichita.edu.

Interested in studying abroad? The first step would be to attend one of the information sessions, and the first session of the fall semester will be at 2 p.m. Friday, Aug. 29 in 261 Rhatigan Student Center, Olive Room.

Summer 2026 European Travel Seminar; Tentative dates May 18 to 27, 2026; Visit 3 countries: France, Italy and Spain; Open to undergraduate and graduate students! Highlights: Experience Spanish, French, and Italian culture; visit famous sites such as the Leaning Tower of Pisa, Carcassonne and more, day trip to Monaco.  Scholarships Available! Winter Programs January 2026; Italy, Austria, Ecuador, Portugal, South Africa and more! WSU Deadline: September 1st

Are you interested in studying abroad over the next winter break? Start planning now and look at the options available in many different countries.

Programs are generally three weeks long during the month of January. Areas of study include environmental studies, international business, music, religion, art history, photography, language, psychology, sociology and more. Costs range from $2,000 to $6,290 (includes most fees for the programs except for the flight).
