The 15th annual MLK Commemoration highlights and memorializes the work, accomplishments and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Hear from Dr. Galyn Vesey, a lifelong Wichitan and civil rights activist, on his love of justice, humanity and service within the community through power and activism.
The event will take place at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 31 at the Cadman Art Gallery in the Rhatigan Student Center at Wichita State University. The 2023 Drum Major Award recipients will also be recognized.
