The Shocker men’s track & field team repeated as American Athletic Conference outdoor team champions.

The Shocker men overcame a projected 38-point deficit to Houston on the final day of competition to claim their second-straight AAC outdoor championship team title with 154 points, beating the Cougars by just two points.

Additionally, it’s Educators Appreciation Night, and all educators receive admission to the game at no additional charge.

For the 13th time, the Shocker men’s bowling team brought home a national championship, and Paige Wagner of the women’s bowling team won the singles national championship. The women’s Shocker bowling team also took home third place in the championship.

The finals took place on April 22, with the singles championships airing on April 25 and May 2. The women’s team championship finals will air 11 p.m. Tuesday, May 9 and the men’s team championship finals will air 7 p.m. Tuesday, May 16.

The Shocker bowling teams now have 23 national championships under their belts.

All-session and single-session tickets for The Basketball Tournament (TBT) 2023 Wichita Regional, July 19-25, are available now. Reserve a seat in Charles Koch Arena this summer and help cheer on the Aftershocks team as it continues its pursuit for the $1 million winner-take-all prize.

TBT is an annual, single elimination, winner-take-all tournament featuring 64 teams competing to win a $1 million prize

Single-session pricing begins at $10 and all-session pricing begins at $100.

Those interested can get an additional single-session ticket at no additional charge when they purchase a ticket through Sunday, May 7.

Touch-a-Truck is coming to Eck Stadium at 6 p.m. Friday, April 28 for Hometown Heroes Night at Shocker baseball’s game against the University of Memphis.

Fans are encouraged to arrive early to check out the military and emergency vehicles that will be parked outside the stadium before the game. First responders receive admission to the game at no additional charge, and the night will be capped off with a postgame fireworks show
