How do I access the training?
Log into myWSU and click on the “Home” tab at the top. You should see the training link on the bottom left side of the screen. If you have trouble accessing the training, contact the Office of Civil Rights, Title IX & ADA Compliance (CTAC) at ctac@wichita.edu or call 316-978-3186.

If you do not see the notification in your myWSU profile under the Faculty/Staff or Home tabs, you can access the training through the Office of Civil Rights, Title IX & ADA Compliance (CTAC) website (wichita.edu/ctac). Scroll down to 2024-2025 Title IX & Civil Rights Compliance Training and select your training. Only select the training that applies to you.

If you are required to complete the training, it will appear in your myWSU profile. Please follow the steps below to access the training.

How do I access the training?
To access your Title IX Training please log into myWSU, click on the “Home” tab, and then look for the “Title IX Training” channel on the left column of the portal. If you have been assigned training you will find a link to your training there.

Faculty and staff at Wichita State University are required to complete mandatory training on preventing harassment and discrimination. The deadline has been extended to Friday, April 7.

You can access the training two ways:

  • Go to myWSU under the Faculty/Staff tab, scroll down to “Employee Required Training” and click on Preventing Harassment and Discrimination Training.
  • Open the email with subject line Vector LMS, Higher Education Edition Online Training, which was sent to all faculty/staff email addresses. Note: The email might say April 27 is the deadline, but April 7 is the correct deadline.

If you have not completed the training, it is very important that you do so. If you have already taken the training this academic year and see your name on a list that says you haven’t completed it, please disregard. WSU believes in the importance of creating a safe and healthy environment for all of our community members. To that end, we have partnered with EVERFI to provide the Sexual Harassment and Prevention Training. Completion of this training is required of all degree-seeking students every academic year.   

By this point you have received multiple emails from EVERFI that contains a link to the training.  Follow the instructions in the email to access and complete the training. 

Please ensure that you have completed the course by Sept. 23, 2022. Failure to complete the training will result in a registration hold being placed on your account.  You will not be able to register for Spring 2023 courses until you have completed the training.
