Many Rhatigan Student Center departments will be closed until 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 18 due to Student Affairs staff development. The actual building itself, Starbucks and Shocker Sports Grill & Lanes will open at their normal times. For details, visit wichita.edu/rschours.

The Office of Human Resources will be closed to walk-in traffic Monday, June 16-17. Email and phone call responses may also be delayed during this time. This is necessary to allow the team to focus on processing changes related to budget load. The IDP HR Office will be open during this time.

Student Outreach & Support will be closed from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Thursday, May 15 for team building. The office will resume business as normal beginning at 1:30 p.m.

Financial Services office will be closed from noon to 5 p.m. Friday, May 9 for staff development. The office will reopen 8 a.m. Monday, May 12. If students need assistance or have questions, contact 316-978-3333 or visit Onestop Student Services located in the Shocker Success Center.

The Office of the Registrar will be closed 9-10:15 a.m. Friday, May 9 for an event. If you need assistance during that time, contact OneStop in the Shocker Success Building or call 316-978-7440.

The Shocker Career Accelerator will be closed from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 1 to host the Health Professions Career Fair. Students interested in careers in the health professions area can visit the fair from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the third floor of the Rhatigan Student Center.

The Graduate School Office will close from 11:30 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. on Wednesday, March 19, for a staff meeting. Items needing to be dropped off during this time can be left in the locked box outside the door at 107 Jardine Hall.

Student Engagement & Belonging will be closed starting at 1 p.m. Friday, March 14 for staff development. The office will reopen at 8 a.m. Monday, March 17.

The Shocker Career Accelerator will be closed from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday, March 6 while it hosts Education Interview Days.

The Heskett Center will be closed Saturday, March 8 for a scheduled power outage by Evergy.
