On Feb. 2, the Shocker Bowling men’s and women’s teams were invited to the Professional Bowlers Association (PBA) Collegiate Championships, where the top six teams in the nation competed for a chance to bowl on a PBA telecast.

The Shocker men and women both qualified for the finals, which were taped and will air this weekend on Fox Sports 1. Tune in at 12 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 19 to watch both Shocker Bowling teams compete for the PBA Collegiate Championship trophy.

Visit the Shocker Store’s Koch Arena Souvenir Store to grab the official team sideline shirt of the men’s basketball team while supplies last, or order online through the Shocker Store website.

The first 100 people to make a purchase at the Shocker Sports Grill and Lanes Tuesday, Feb. 14 get a free plush for Valentine’s Day. Shocker Sports Grill and Lanes is open 9 a.m.-9 p.m.

Did you know the RSC offers a daily study room for students? Each day, the RSC designates an open meeting room as the official study room of the day. The room will be unlocked and open to students to come and go as they please to study throughout the day.

This is to be a quiet, shared space. Check the RSC’s Instagram stories daily to find out which room is the study room for that day.

Did you know there is a hair salon in the lower level of the Rhatigan Student Center? Come check out Lords and Lady’s Salon, where students can enjoy a haircut for just $10. Walk-ins are welcome or call 316-683-6038 to schedule an appointment.

The Lords and Lady’s Salon operating hours are 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and 1-3:30 p.m. Saturdays.
