The Shocker Store is selling new pink merchandise in October during Breast Cancer Awareness Month. For each item sold, $1 will be donated to Victory in the Valley, which provides support to cancer patients, survivors and their families in the area.

There are two short sleeve T-shirts and two crew neck sweatshirts. All four options are available at the RSC store and online and the Braeburn Square location will feature the gray tees. The offer is available while supplies last. No discounts are accepted on the merchandise.

Graduating students, if you are a member of any of the listed groups below and would like to order the group’s corresponding graduation stole, pre-orders must be completed by Oct. 20.

Join the Rhatigan Student Center for its live music series, Monday Melodies, with Sterling Gray from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday, Sept. 25 in the Starbucks Lounge.

The RSC hosts Monday Melodies on the last Monday of every month.

Visit the Shocker Store at Braeburn Square for a family weekend sale from Sept. 21 to Sept. 23. Enjoy $12 select T-shirts and get a Shocker license plate at no additional charge with a $50 purchase. Subtotal must be $50 or greater.

The biggest dining event of the season is back from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 19 at Shocker Dining Hall. This year’s Joyful is a fall harvest festival with local vendors like Chunky Poodle Cookies, WSU catering’s flower shop, Prairie Fire Coffee and the local General Mill rep serving up samples.

Fresh produce will also be available to purchase. All are welcome, and it’s only $9.75 to enter and have all-you-can-eat with a featured menu crafted by the dining cooks.
