Summer 2023 graduates may now find information regarding their diplomas at wichita.edu/diplomas.

• The deadline to submit a name change on the diploma is the last day of classes, Friday, July 28.
• The diploma distribution date for the summer 2023 semester is Sept. 8. Diplomas can be picked up at the transcript window on the first floor of Jardine Hall, and graduates must show identification.
• Graduates can also request to have the diploma mailed to them for a fee through myWSU under the myClasses tab, “Graduation Links” and “Request for Diploma Mailing.”

Undergraduate students who also wish to take courses after graduation need to reactive their record after receiving their diploma.

The Registrar’s Office will be closed 11:15 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 9 for a staff event.

Faculty and staff are invited to celebrate the career of Sonya Cotton at a retirement party 2-4 p.m. today, June 3 at 142 Rhatigan Student Center. Comments will begin at 2:30 p.m. Masks are recommended for this event.
