Join Student Government Association (SGA) for Wellness Week 2024 from April 8 through April 12.

• Monday will have wellness resources tabling from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the first floor of the Rhatigan Student Center.
• Tuesday will have a nutrition and exercise presentation with Andy Sykes from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in 262 RSC, Herrman Room, as well as a presentation for nutrition on a budget from 1 to 2 p.m. in 233 RSC, Santa Fe Trail Room.
• Wednesday is “Waiting to Exhale,” a workshop dedicated to understanding and managing anxiety in college, from 2 to 3 p.m. in 265 RSC, Lucas Room.
• Thursday is tabling for National STI/STD Awareness Week while promoting Pee for Pizza with Student Health on the first floor of the RSC.
• Friday is a dedicated Self Care Day, so make sure you take time for yourself.

The Shocker Support Locker is looking for feedback from students, faculty and staff to help improve and grow the support locker.

The Shocker Support Locker will be open until May 12 for the rest of the spring semester. It will post the summer hours in May.

The First-Gen Cord Ceremony is an opportunity to give first generation students graduating this semester a cord to recognize their accomplishment. The ceremony will be held at 10 a.m. Sunday, April 30 in the CAC Theater.

The Shocker Support Locker has developed a recipe book designed for college students. The book has a range of recipes with resources available from oven to no bake recipes.

It was made by Shocker Support Locker staff Bethany Hollingsworth and Emma Glover to serve the needs of Shockers and offer a collection of recipes, instructions and information. Feed Shockers, fight hunger.

The Shocker Support Locker will be closed from Monday, March 13 through Friday, March 17 for spring break. It will reopen on Monday, March 20.

The Shocker Support Locker will be closed on Tuesday, March 7 for staff development.

Join the Wichita State Housing Fair from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday, March 1 in the Rhatigan Student Center Student Lounge. This is a fun and interactive way to check out local properties and meet landlords.

The Shocker Support Locker will be closed on Friday, Feb. 17 and Tuesday, Feb. 21 due to staff development.
