Portion of 18th Street and sidewalk to be closed Sept. 2-5

Due to construction activities, a portion of 18th street and the adjacent sidewalk will be closed starting Sept. 2 and ending Sept. 5. Plan ahead to find another route through campus to your destination.

Innovation Boulevard will be temporarily closed for construction activity

On the morning of Tuesday Dec. 3, a section of Innovation Boulevard will be closed to move construction equipment from one construction site to another. If driving on campus, make a plan to take an alternate route during this time.

Construction on west side of Ablah Library to begin

Construction will begin this week on the west side of Ablah Library to create a new stair and repair a portion of the concrete retaining wall. The new stair will strengthen the connection between the new northeast entry of the Shocker Success Center and Ablah Library.

As part of the construction, a temporary fence will be installed to contain the construction site. Construction is expected to be completed in June.
