Beginning Nov. 1, several parking lots on the north and west side of campus will be restricted as basketball-only parking three hours before the start of the game. Members of the campus community who usually park in  these lots will need to plan a head and park in another lot or leave by the posted time.

Parking Services will close two parking lots to accommodate events on campus Sept. 24 and Sept. 26.

Parking lot 7 (located outside the Rhatigan Student Center) and parking lot 20 (located behind Wilner Auditorium) will close all day Friday, Sept. 24. Parking lot 1 (the student lot located along Hillside Avenue) will close Sunday, Sept. 26 for the Show-N-Shine car show. Lot 1 will need to be empty before Sunday morning.

Parking lots 3N (lot on the east corner of Cessna Stadium by 21st Street) and 2E (lot between Cessna Stadium and Koch Arena) will temporarily close Saturday, Sept. 11.

During this time, crews will apply a final coat of paint on the stall lines. All vehicles will need to exit the lot until the work is complete.

Parking services will close portions of the parking garage outside the Rhatigan Student Center Friday, Aug. 13, for an event. The fourth floor will close all day. The third floor and the ramp leading to it will close after 5 p.m.

Customers with a Yellow ePermit who park on the fourth level are permitted to park on the second and third floors Aug. 13.

KSHSAA track is back at Wichita State from May 27 to May 29. To prepare for this, Parking Services will begin to block off the following parking lots:

• 5 (north of the Heskett Center)
• 3N & 3S (lots along the east side of Cessna Stadium)
• 22 (north of the Child Development Center).

These lots will be reserved and closed for the track meet and will open back up on May 30.
