Get your necessary volunteer hours while helping the community with the COVID-19 pandemic. The Molecular Diagnostics Laboratory needs student volunteers to help manufacture test kits for their community partners for the following hours:
8 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday and Wednesday
8 a.m.-noon Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
Volunteers will work in a clean room with no exposure to the virus. Tasks include labeling tubes, packaging up supplies, and assembling kits.
To participate, volunteers must visit the MDL located at 4174 S. Oliver, building 174H to help. Masks are required and will be provided.
