Planning is underway for Open Streets ICT @ WSU on April 11, 2027, and university departments, programs and organizations are invited to get involved.
With updates to the event map this year, there is an opportunity to reimagine spaces and create new, engaging experiences for the community. Campus partners are encouraged to think beyond traditional tabling and offer interactive, hands-on activities that showcase the exciting work happening across WSU.

- Dec. 10: Planning meeting
- Jan. 14, 2027: Planning meeting
- Feb. 11 and 25, 2027: Planning meetings
- March 11 and 25, 2027: Planning meetings
- April 8, 2027: Final planning meeting
- April 11, 2027: Open Streets ICT @ WSU 2027
- April 22, 2027: Post-event debrief
