Attend a free gratitude workshop, led by a mental health counselor

Learn simple and easy ways to practice gratitude and joy in your daily life at a free workshop that will feature hands-on activities for journaling, making bracelets, noticing joy, shifting from negatives, reframing and resilience from 5 to 6 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 27 in 261 Rhatigan Student Center, Olive Room.

This is a second event in HOPE (Health, Outreach, Prevention, Education) Services’ Cultivating Joy workshop series, which aims to help students feel more connected and notice more joy in their daily lives.

The session will be led by Chukwunenye Nweke, a mental health counselor with Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS).
