Beginning with fall 2025 graduates, WSU has partnered with The Michael Sutter Company to provide graduates with the opportunity to purchase an official WSU electronic diploma. The WSU eDiploma is a signed and certified PDF of the original paper diploma and gives an eDiploma recipient the option to validate its authenticity.
- Graduates will receive an email at their shockers.wichita.edu address from the Michael Sutter Company (ediploma@michaelsutter.com) containing the secure ID that they will need to complete the order of the eDiploma.
- The secure ID safely and securely identifies a student in the diploma vendor system. Students will receive an email with a unique secure ID for each credential earned (certificate, associate, bachelor’s, etc.).
- Correction: There is a one-time charge of $10 for an eDiploma.
- Graduates will receive an eDiploma within minutes of ordering and can share it as often as needed. The eDiploma will never expire and is accessible for life.
