The Professional Development Series with the Public Policy and Management Center continues 1-4 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 4 at Wichita Public Library’s Advanced Learning Library with Mentoring & Milestones, a hands-on session focused on using intentional mentoring to support employee growth and long-term success. Check-in begins at 12:45 p.m.
Led by Percy Turner from Wichita State’s Community Engagement Institute, the session explores practical strategies for guiding professional development, building confidence and helping individuals reach key career milestones.
Designed for entry- to mid-level leaders across industries, this session is also valuable for professionals who may not currently supervise others but want to strengthen their leadership capacity. Participants will leave with tools they can apply immediately to foster engagement, strengthen teams and support career progression within their organizations.
