Wichita State recorded rounds of 303, 303 and 319 for a total score of 925, 61 strokes over par. Host Kansas State cruised to the team title, finishing 27 strokes ahead of second-place Cincinnati.
Wichita State was topped only by Power Four opponents — the Wildcats and Bearcats — on its way to a fourth top-five team finish of the fall season. The four top-five finishes match the most for the Shockers in a single fall season since joining the American Conference in 2017-18. It’s also the most top-five finishes in any season since 2017-18, when they recorded seven total.
