Position open in the newly created Office for Faculty Advancement, Retention and Excellence

The new Office of Faculty Advancement, Retention and Excellence (FARE) is looking for a program manager position. In this role, the successful candidate will assist faculty in continuing to grow, develop and excel as experts in their research and in the classroom.

The program manager of FARE will be at the heart of the university’s efforts to expand its funded research and creative endeavors while enhancing the educational experience. It is looking for an energetic and eager person who is driven who can connect faculty to resources across the university related to proposal development, funding opportunities and teaching methods to integrate into their classroom, or other aspects for new faculty to ensure their success as professors.

Minimum requirements include a bachelor’s degree and at least two years of experience in an academic setting. The FARE office is located in 112 Jardine Hall.
