Join the final day of sessions for the Academic Resources Conference, Unplugged event on Friday, Nov. 13 for three great sessions. First, from 11 a.m. to noon, hear Joshua Saxe, cofounder and CTO of Abundant Security, and former head of AI security at Meta speak on AI and cybersecurity. Registration is free, but seating is limited, so make sure to register for this event. You don’t want to miss this opportunity to hear from an industry expert on one of the most important topics of the day.
Then, at noon, stay for “AI Maker’s Day,” two sessions that will show you how to leverage the AI tools provided to you by the university or your employer to create interesting and useful things to share on the web, in a Blackboard class and with others directly. After the noon session, you’ll leave knowing how to create activities like this one, even if you have absolutely no idea how to code.
And the 1-2 p.m. session will cover how to create “agents” using the Copilot chat available to all WSU employees and students. It’s a big day and a lot of content, so of course there will be snacks as well. Register for your spot today.
