As we collectively work to align our performance to WSU strategic priorities through, myGoals, (President Muma’s introduction to myGoals) and replace our existing performance evaluation process, leaders of benefit-eligible staff are required to participate in myGoals leadership training.
Through myGoals, staff employees and supervisors will work together to establish two to three SMART goals that align with university strategies. These goals will create clearer expectations, measurable outcomes and a better understanding of how individual contributions support WSU’s mission and strategies.

- 10 a.m.-noon Monday, Oct. 19 virtually. Class size is 50.
