The field of medical laboratory science combines detective work, science and a passion for helping the community all in one career. From finding the cause of an infection to analyzing blood samples and determining blood types, it is the perfect profession for those who want to work in healthcare but don’t want direct patient contact.
Come join the department from noon to 1 p.m. Friday, Sept. 25 virtually via Microsoft Teams for an information session to learn about the medical laboratory science program at Wichita State, the application process and meet the faculty and some of the current students. It will be hosted online through teams.
