Beginning Aug. 25, all WSU employees and 1099 contractors should submit their International Travel Requests through WSU’s Team Dynamix Client Portal.
This process allows for the assessment of information provided by you about your upcoming international travel and WSU’s Policy 13.20 requirements and restrictions. Remember, you should start this review process at least 30 days prior to your departure date, and any requests for international travel that exceed 21 calendar days in duration or include travel to elevated risk locations will be denied.
Assessments submitted through the portal are typically complete within 48 hours of submission. However, timelines may be extended based on the complexity of the situation and current availability of personnel and resources.
