Breathe, create, empower: Everyone is invited to wellness event Women’s History Month

Celebrate Women’s History Month with Student Engagement and Belonging at a wellness gathering from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday, March 26 in 301 Rhatigan Student Center, Gridley Room, honoring the creativity, resilience and strength of women.

Unwind with a breath yoga session conducted by Through Breath Yoga and express yourself by creating a positive intentions box with Soul Verse Collective, LLC. This experience focuses on mindfulness, stress reduction and reflection. Light snacks provided and everyone is invited.
