Because Jardine Hall will be closed for electrical switchgear upgrades during spring break, student‑serving offices will offer services remotely or from temporary locations March 16-20 as follows:
- Graduate School and Graduate Admissions staff will be working remotely during spring break and will not be available in person. Staff can be reached directly through their email for general questions. Email wsugradschool@wichita.edu and someone will respond as soon as possible.
- The Office of the Registrar will be available by email and will be responding to tickets during spring break. While in person services such as diplomas and paper transcripts will pause for the week, students can request electronic transcripts and access enrollment verifications through the National Student Clearinghouse. - The Office of Financial Aid & Scholarships will offer virtual appointments through Navigate and limited in person financial aid advising at their temporary OneStop location in the Shocker Success Center. Students can reach the office at 316‑978‑3430 or by email at finaid@wichita.edu.
- The Accounts Receivable/Student Accounts office will relocate to OneStop in 105 Shocker Success Center during spring break. Hours will remain 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and assistance is available at 316-978-3333 or wsuaccountsreceivable@wichita.edu.
