CR Snap and the Chrome River Mobile App are being replaced by the Emburse Enterprise Mobile App. If you are currently using CR Snap or the Chrome River Mobile app, download the new app before Nov. 30 to continue capturing receipts and submitting expense reports on mobile.
What to do:
- Download Emburse Enterprise from the App Store or Google Play Store.
- Log in using WSU Single Sign-On (SSO)
- Once you are set up, you may delete the old CR Snap / Chrome River apps.
Minimum device requirements:
- IOS 17+ or Android 11+
Access the Comparison Chart to learn about the features of the new mobile app and the Quick Reference Guide to learn how to navigate the app to capture receipts, create pre-approvals and expense reports, and process approvals.
