Get ready to build the spring 2026 schedule of courses by registering for a CLSS Schedule Building Refresher, Full Training or Open Lab through myTraining in myWSU.
- The next CLSS Schedule Building Refresher session will be held virtually from 9 to 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 16 and Wednesday, July 23 via Microsoft Teams. The optional session is available to schedule builders who have already completed a CLSS Schedule Builder Full Training session.
- The next CLSS Schedule Building Full Training session will be held in person from 9 a.m. to noon Thursday, July 17. New schedule builders are required to attend a Full Training session before receiving access to create new sections or edit existing sections for their departments.
- Schedule Building Open Labs are held in person every week from July 24 to Sept. 3. Schedule builders are welcome to attend these sessions to ask questions, receive hands-on assistance from the Registrar’s Office or simply to work on their schedules in a distraction-free environment.
