Hiring managers and department admins can attend a series of upcoming WuHire training sessions tailored for those with active job postings or who have posted positions within the last six months. These sessions are divided into two, two-hour sessions that will enhance your understanding of the new talent management system, WuHire, which goes live Oct. 7.
As a key stakeholder in the hiring process, hiring manager and department admin participation is crucial to ensure they are up to date with the latest tools and best practices for managing recruitment and onboarding effectively. Those who do not currently have positions posted or have not hired benefit eligible or non-benefit eligible team members in the past six months, are asked to attend one of the ongoing monthly training events after the system goes live.

- Session one: Creating requisitions and recruitment workflow
- Sept. 16: 8:30-10:30 a.m. in 203 Rhatigan Student Center, Lancelot Room; and 2 to 4 p.m. virtual via Microsoft Teams
- Sept. 17: 9:30-11:30 a.m. and 1:30-3:30 p.m. in 314 RSC, Venters Room
- Session two: Offers and onboarding
- Sept. 18: 8:30-10:30 a.m. in 261 RSC, Olive Room; and 1:30-3:30 p.m. in 203 RSC, Lancelot Room
- Sept. 19: 9:30-11:30 a.m. in 314 RSC, Venters Room; and 1:30-3:30 p.m. virtual via Microsoft Teams
- Dual sessions
