Volunteers are needed for a box jump study

Researchers are looking for participants between the ages of 18 to 30 for a research study. Each participant will be involved in filling out questionnaires, a free pre- and post-intervention DEXA scan, and various muscle testing. Testing will take approximately 45 minutes to one hour. The intervention will be performed three times per week for 12 weeks, with testing every four weeks.

Eligibility requirements: No lower extremity or spine injuries or surgeries in the past six months, no current lower extremity or spine pain; not pregnant, breastfeeding or trying to become pregnant at the time of program; not smoking; not currently involved in any outside powerlifting, sprinting, plyometrics or jumping program. Participants must have access to either WSU main campus (Heskett Center) or WSU Old Town campus.
